
Occupational Health Expert

- Develop and implement occupational health programs and policies to promote a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of workplace health and safety protocols to identify potential hazards and risks.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure that all safety procedures and regulations are being followed.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on health and safety issues and concerns.
- Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on best practices for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to occupational health and safety and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct investigations and root cause analyses of workplace accidents and injuries, and develop strategies to prevent future incidents.
- Coordinate with external agencies and experts as needed to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to workplace health and safety.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of occupational health programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor’s Degree In Occupational Health Or Related Field
Certified Occupational Health Nurse (Cohn) Or Certified Occupational Health Nurse-Specialist (Cohn-S) Designation
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Occupational Health And Safety Management
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Occupational Health, Including Osha And Ada
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Educate Employees On Occupational Health Topics
