  1. Develop and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes for the assembly and fulfillment of customer orders.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers.
  3. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  4. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
  5. Train and mentor team members on manufacturing processes and procedures.

  7. Identify and troubleshoot any production issues and implement corrective actions.

  11. Maintain accurate documentation and records of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates to management on production metrics and goals.
  13. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  14. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its values and reputation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Assembly Engineering Role.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software Such As Autocad Or Solidworks.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, Along With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
