Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field • 5+ years of experience in a retail management role • Proven track record of driving sales performance • Proven customer service experience • Able to lead, inspire and motivate teams • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Strong understanding of retail operations and financial metrics • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines • Advanced computer literacy in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities: • Develop strategies and plans to ensure the store meets its financial objectives • Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and make recommendations for improvement • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to all customers • Create an engaging environment for customers and staff • Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures • Monitor and manage store inventory and merchandise displays • Build relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders • Ensure compliance with all company and industry regulations • Liaise with corporate and regional team members to ensure store alignment • Develop strategies to increase store traffic and improve sales performance
