Patient Transport Supervisor

Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is seeking a highly organized and compassionate Patient Transport Supervisor to join our team. The Patient Transport Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient transport services, and ensuring that our patients receive the quality care and respect they deserve. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a patient transport team, as well as the ability to think quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service while demonstrating a commitment to patient safety. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred• Minimum of 4 years of related experience working in a hospital setting• Knowledge of applicable safety standards and regulations• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
