Acute Care NP - Neuro ICU

Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner for its Neuro ICU to provide exceptional care for its critically ill patients. Responsibilities:

4. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in acute care nursing.
6. Work collaboratively with other members of the medical team to ensure positive patient outcomes.
7. Document patient care according to hospital policies and procedures.
8. Educate patients and families on care plans and post-hospital care.
