Associate Senior Counsel - Technology & Commercial Transactions

Additionally, the successful candidate must have a strong understanding of the relevant legal principles and regulations, excellent analytical and writing skills, and the ability to provide sound legal advice and guidance. The ability to work closely with various departments and individuals and to collaborate effectively is essential.

7. Assist with compliance and risk management issues.
8. Monitor and advise on regulatory developments.
9. Remain up-to-date on relevant industry trends and developments.
10. Provide timely and accurate advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.
