
Case Management Assistant, Team Lead
Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking an experienced Team Lead Case Management Assistant to join our world-class team. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Case Management team in providing quality customer service to patients.
- Work closely with the Case Management team to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Case Management team to ensure that all goals are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Case Management team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure that patient needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all cases and provide regular reports to the relevant stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to the Case Management team and other stakeholders on the effectiveness of the team's activities.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure that they are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
