Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking an experienced Team Lead Case Management Assistant to join our world-class team. We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented individual who will take on a leadership role and provide support to our Case Management team. This position requires an individual who has extensive knowledge of healthcare and case management principles and practices, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the Case Management team in providing quality customer service to patients.
  2. Work closely with the Case Management team to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Case Management team to ensure that all goals are met.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Case Management team.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
  6. Provide training and mentorship to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  7. Liaise with other departments to ensure that patient needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  8. Maintain accurate records of all cases and provide regular reports to the relevant stakeholders.
  9. Provide feedback to the Case Management team and other stakeholders on the effectiveness of the team's activities.
  10. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure that they are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
