  1. Manage and maintain clinical IT systems to ensure efficient and seamless operations for healthcare providers.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to clinical IT systems.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to implement new technology and system updates.
  4. Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard patient information and maintain HIPAA compliance.
  6. Train and support healthcare staff on the use of clinical IT systems.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to recommend and implement new systems and processes.
  8. Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and technical support.
  9. Create and maintain documentation and manuals for clinical IT systems.
  10. Participate in disaster recovery planning and assist in the implementation of backup and recovery procedures.
  11. Collaborate with IT team members to ensure seamless integration of clinical IT systems with other IT systems.
  12. Conduct regular system performance analysis and provide recommendations for system optimization.
  13. Assist in budget planning and management for clinical IT systems.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of clinical IT systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In An It Support Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Clinical It Systems, Such As Electronic Health Records (Ehr) And Practice Management Systems (Pms)

  • Experience With Database Management, Server Maintenance, And Network Security

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Healthcare Providers And It Teams.
