As our Executive Assistant for Quality & Safety, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our standards of excellence. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Quality & Safety team in their daily operations. This position requires a proactive and collaborative approach, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.   1. Provide administrative support to the Quality & Safety team, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing correspondence.
  2. Maintain and organize confidential documents and records related to quality and safety initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
  4. Monitor and track progress of quality and safety projects, and report any issues or concerns to the team.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of quality and safety policies and procedures.
  6. Conduct research and gather data to support quality and safety initiatives and projects.
  7. Serve as a liaison between the Quality & Safety team and other departments within the organization.
  8. Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, including patients, families, and regulatory agencies.
  9. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, trainings, and other events related to quality and safety.
  10. Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the organization's quality and safety practices.
  11. Stay informed about industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance and promote best practices.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including executives, physicians, and front-line employees.
  13. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges that may impact the quality and safety of patient care.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall quality and safety of care provided by the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Quality And Safety Role.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And A High Level Of Attention To Detail.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With All Levels Of Staff And External Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Methodologies, Patient Safety Principles, And Regulatory Requirements In Healthcare.
