
Executive Assistant, Total Rewards & HR Technology
At Johns Hopkins Medicine, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our Total Rewards & HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, a passion for helping people, and a deep understanding of HR technology systems.This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who is comfortable managing multiple tasks and can efficiently support our Executive Director and the Total Rewards & HR Technology team. The Executive Assistant will partner with the team to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.Qualification Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field• At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role• Knowledge of Human Resources systems and technology• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment• Professional demeanor, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail• Ability to maintain confidential informationIf you are an organized and driven professional looking to make a difference in a dynamic and growing organization, we look forward to hearing from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and the Total Rewards & HR Technology team.
- Manage and complete multiple tasks, prioritize tasks, and keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure that all data is entered accurately and completely into HR technology systems.
- Monitor and update HR technology systems, as needed.
- Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential information in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of organizational procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with the Total Rewards & HR Technology team to develop effective strategies and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
