- Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring of clinical and non-clinical staff
- Coordinating job fairs and open house events
- Exit interviews
- Reporting statistical information
- Other related human resources activities
Minimum of three years' recruitment experience
One year experience with healthcare recruitment preferred
Demonstrated success with creative recruitment initiatives
