  1. Conduct regular audits and reviews of clinical processes to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
  3. Monitor and track performance data to assess the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.
  4. Analyze data and provide regular reports to leadership on quality improvement progress and outcomes.
  5. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to quality improvement and HEDIS measures.
  6. Educate and train staff on best practices and quality improvement principles.
  7. Serve as a resource and mentor for staff on quality improvement initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to quality improvement and HEDIS measures.
  9. Act as a liaison between the organization and external agencies for quality improvement initiatives and reporting.
  10. Participate in quality improvement committees and collaborate with other healthcare organizations to share best practices and benchmark performance.
  11. Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gather feedback from patients and staff on quality improvement efforts.
  12. Identify and address barriers to achieving quality improvement goals, such as resource constraints or workflow inefficiencies.
  13. Work with IT and other departments to implement technology and tools to support quality improvement efforts.
  14. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to quality improvement and HEDIS measures.
  15. Act as an advocate for quality improvement, promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  16. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field of quality improvement and healthcare.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current And Active Rn Licensure In The State Of Maryland.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably With Experience In Quality Improvement And/Or Hedis Measures.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Quality Metrics And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Multidisciplinary Teams And Effectively Present Findings And Recommendations To Leadership.
