  1. Conduct comprehensive urologic evaluations and provide expert diagnosis and treatment recommendations for patients.
  2. Perform surgical procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries, with a high level of skill and precision.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans for patients, ensuring the highest quality of care.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and innovations in urology through ongoing education and research.
  5. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records for all patients, adhering to HIPAA regulations and best practices.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing compassionate and empathetic care.
  7. Contribute to the academic environment of the medical center by participating in teaching and mentoring activities for medical students and residents.
  8. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment plans.
