  1. Develop and implement strategic communications plans to support the university's goals and initiatives.
  2. Manage and oversee multiple communications projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time.
  3. Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand their communication needs and develop effective strategies to meet them.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to inform communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and progress reports to ensure efficient and effective project management.
  6. Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality and engaging communication materials.
  7. Monitor and track project metrics to measure the success and impact of communication initiatives.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders to promote the university's initiatives and events.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in strategic communications to continuously improve and innovate.
  10. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, interns, and volunteers.
  11. Represent the university at events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote the university's initiatives and build relationships.
  12. Maintain brand consistency and ensure all communications align with the university's mission and values.
  13. Act as a liaison between various departments and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  14. Identify and mitigate potential communication challenges and risks.
  15. Assist in crisis communication management when necessary.

Job Qualifications
