- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
- Utilize business intelligence tools and techniques to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
- Analyze data quality and identify areas for improvement to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
- Communicate complex data findings and technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and best practices.

At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Business Intelligence, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Academic Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Data Science, Business Analytics, Or Computer Science.
Advanced Proficiency In Sql, Data Visualization Tools (Such As Tableau Or Power Bi), And Statistical Analysis Software (Such As R Or Python).
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Complex Data Into Actionable Insights And Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Findings And Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
