  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights in medical development services.
  2. Utilize business intelligence tools and techniques to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  4. Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of medical development services through data analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.

  6. Develop and maintain data models and databases to support data analysis and reporting.

  10. Mentor and train junior analysts on data analysis techniques and tools.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis.
  12. Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines related to medical research and development.
  13. Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and tools to enhance data analysis capabilities.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data and adhere to data privacy policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve business intelligence processes to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Business Intelligence And Data Analytics, Preferably In The Medical Or Healthcare Field.

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Statistics, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Proficiency In Sql, Data Visualization Tools (E.g. Tableau), And Statistical Software (E.g. R, Sas).

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Healthcare Data Sources, Including Electronic Health Records, Claims Data, And Clinical Trial Data.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data To Inform Strategic Decisions And Support Business Objectives.
