  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in the laboratory, including equipment malfunctions and safety concerns.
  8. Stay informed about new technologies and techniques in the field and make recommendations for their implementation in the laboratory.
  9. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among laboratory staff.
  10. Adhere to all institutional policies and procedures, including those related to safety, ethics, and data management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Microbiology, Or Chemistry.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Research Or Academic Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Laboratory Techniques, Equipment, And Safety Protocols.

  • Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Collaborate With Various Research Teams.

  • Proficiency In Computer Software And Data Analysis Tools Commonly Used In Laboratory Research, Such As Microsoft Excel And Graphpad Prism.
