- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of research projects, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including researchers, faculty, and funding agencies.
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of research projects.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or roadblocks.
- Conduct literature reviews and research to support the development of project proposals and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to research projects.
- Collaborate with team members and provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
- Communicate project updates and results to stakeholders through written reports, presentations, and meetings.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of research projects.
- Stay up-to-date with current research trends and developments in the field to inform project strategies and approaches.
- Contribute to the development and submission of grant proposals and funding applications.
- Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation and records.

- Act as a liaison between different departments and teams within the university.

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Public Health, Psychology, Or Sociology.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Research Coordination And Management.
Strong Understanding Of Research Methods, Data Analysis, And Statistical Software.
Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Effectively.
Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Or Academic Setting, Preferably At A Research Institution.
