Assistant Property Manager

Assist the Property Manager with rent collections, late notices, posting rents, serving 5 Day Pay or Quits and serving eviction notices. Assist with and manage tenant delinquency. Assist the Property Manager with taking 30 day notices and processing move-outs. Establishes friendly and helpful working relationships with residents to gain their loyalty and promote resident referrals Assist with weekly sales meetings and reporting. Help show apartments and process applications for prospective residents. Initiate and assist with all lease renewals. Helps supervise employees and ensures performance at or above standards in all areas. Communicates regularly, professionally and effectively with government agencies and Company management and staff. Helps execute promotional and markdown activity on a timely basis and according to Company guidelines.
