Job Description

Responsibilities will be: maintaining HVAC systems in the apartment community, assisting with apartment turns and work orders, repairing plumbing, appliances and electrical services. Do you have experience working on HVAC systems, or performing maintenance on facilities? If so, we would like you to apply for our opening for a Maintenance Tech in West Chester, PA.

Job Qualifications

  • Plumbing experience including water heater diagnose and replacement
