
Operations Services Concierge
Develop relationships with our customers to serve from the heart, anticipate their needs to provide a personalized experience unlike any other travel experience. Ensure each customer is able to experience a flawless trip the concierge team must execute clear communication with the downline stations and flight crews in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be able to play well with others and must be willing to receive and offer directions to team members with grace. The concierge team must be JSX brand ambassadors at all times when working, be it face to face with customers or when call taking by efficiently and professionally assisting our customers via phone calls or emails. To ensure our customers have an effortless and seamless experience we must ensure the amenities and space for our customers is in tip top shape Marshall/direct aircraft to/from gate(s) or other designated areas. Load/unload and transport baggage, mail, and other designated cargo .
2 years Aviation or Airline/Airport operation experience
Customer Service experience working with high end clients
2 years Ramp experience
Travel industry experience a plus
