- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the AI and data platform team that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the company
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI and data platform initiatives that will drive business growth and innovation
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and data technology, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve and evolve our platform
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of new features and enhancements to the AI and data platform, ensuring high quality, scalability, and reliability
- Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define and prioritize platform features and enhancements based on customer needs and market trends
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in driving the success of our AI and data platform
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data privacy and security
- Act as a key spokesperson and advocate for the AI and data platform team, both internally and externally, promoting the team's achievements and driving awareness and adoption of the platform
Extensive Experience In Leading And Managing Engineering Teams, Preferably In The Field Of Ai And Data Platform Development.
Expertise In Ai And Data Technologies, Including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, And Data Analytics.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies And Best Practices, With A Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality, Scalable, And Reliable Products.
Proven Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Plans For Driving Innovation And Growth In The Ai And Data Platform Space.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
