Ambulatory Care Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Ambulatory Care Pharmacist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical services to patients and physicians in our ambulatory care setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient care and outstanding customer service.The ideal candidate must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D) from an accredited school of pharmacy, have a valid, unrestricted pharmacy license in the state of California, and have at least one year of ambulatory care experience, preferably in an integrated healthcare system. In addition, the ideal candidate should be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage time efficiently.
