Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Assistant, Release Of Information to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all release of information requests. You will maintain and review all documentation in accordance with regulations and organizational standards, as well as provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects efficiently. You must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you must be sincere and approachable, with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in the release of information field. A high school diploma or GED is required. Previous experience working with electronic medical records is preferred.We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing the highest levels of customer service and accuracy. Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all release of information requests in accordance with regulations and organizational standards • Maintain and review all documentation in accordance with regulations and organizational standards • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects efficiently • Communicate professionally with internal and external customers • Solve customer issues in a timely manner • Stay up to date on relevant regulations and organizational standards • Maintain confidentiality of all patient information • Work with electronic medical records • Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures
