  1. Monitor and analyze cardiac rhythms of patients using specialized equipment and software.
  2. Maintain accurate records of cardiac data and report any abnormalities to healthcare professionals.
  3. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of cardiac monitoring equipment.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding cardiac monitoring procedures and results.
  5. Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on cardiac data.
  6. Provide critical support during emergencies by identifying and responding to changes in cardiac rhythms.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols while performing duties.
  8. Continuously update knowledge and skills in cardiac surveillance techniques, technology, and procedures.
  9. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  11. Maintain a professional and compassionate attitude towards patients and their families.
  12. Work effectively as a team member and support colleagues in providing exceptional patient care.
  13. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
  14. Attend training and educational programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare, Biology, Or Physiology.

  • Certification In Cardiac Rhythm Interpretation (Cri) Or Cardiac Device Specialist (Cds) From An Accredited Program.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Cardiology Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Cardiac Anatomy, Physiology, And Medical Terminology.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
