Certified Nurse Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our Kaiser Permanente team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care as delegated by and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and will demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a current CNA certification, a valid California Nurse Assistant certification, a minimum of one year of experience in a health care setting, and a compassionate and patient-focused approach to care. Additionally, you must have the ability to effectively communicate with patients and other members of the health care team in a professional and courteous manner. We are also looking for someone with an eagerness to learn, an ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a strong commitment to following HIPAA regulations.
