- Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions and drive organizational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data reporting needs and provide timely and accurate information to support key business initiatives and projects.
- Utilize expertise in data management, reporting, and visualization to develop reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations that effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through data validation and quality control processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data reporting and analytics, and recommend innovative solutions to improve data processes and systems.
- Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate data reporting processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather and integrate data from multiple sources for comprehensive analysis.
- Train and support team members on data reporting tools and processes.
- Adhere to all data privacy and security policies and regulations.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and expertise.

- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Data Analytics, Statistics, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Reporting And Analytics, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Data Analysis Tools And Techniques, Such As Sql, Python, And Tableau.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Experience Working With Electronic Health Record Systems And Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Data Standards And Regulations, Such As Hipaa And Hitech.
