  1. Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  2. Develop and maintain data reporting processes and tools to track and monitor key performance metrics.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  4. Create data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  5. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making and problem-solving.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data reporting and analytics.
  7. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular quality checks.
  8. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
  9. Train and educate team members on data reporting tools and processes.
  10. Support the development and implementation of new data reporting and analytics initiatives.
  11. Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
  12. Participate in meetings and presentations to provide data insights and updates.
  13. Collaborate with IT and other teams to continuously improve data reporting processes and capabilities.
  14. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Or Information Systems.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Data Reporting And Analytics, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Data Management, Data Visualization, And Statistical Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, And R.

  • Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner To Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Track Record Of Delivering Actionable Insights And Recommendations Based On Data Analysis To Drive Business Decisions And Improve Operational Efficiency.
