  1. Develop and maintain data reporting and analytics processes to support organizational initiatives and decision making.
  2. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights in large datasets.
  3. Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements, and develop solutions to address them.
  5. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data reporting and analytics processes, and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data reporting and analytics, and incorporate them into processes and procedures.
  8. Train and educate team members on data analysis and reporting techniques.
  9. Communicate complex information and technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  10. Handle ad hoc data requests and provide timely and accurate responses.
  11. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Adhere to all data privacy and security policies and procedures.
  13. Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on data reporting and analytics strategies.
  14. Identify and troubleshoot data-related issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  15. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Data Analytics, Statistics, Or Computer Science.

  • Experience In Data Reporting And Analysis, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Proficiency In Data Manipulation And Visualization Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, Or Power Bi.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data And Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Data Standards And Regulations, Such As Hipaa, And Experience With Electronic Health Record Systems.
