Completion Of An Accredited Dental Assisting Program: Kaiser Permanente Requires All Dental Assistants To Have Completed An Accredited Dental Assisting Program, Ensuring They Have The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform Their Job Duties Effectively.
Current Certification Or Licensure: Candidates Must Have A Current Dental Assistant Certification Or Licensure From An Accredited Organization, Such As The Dental Assisting National Board (Danb) Or The State's Board Of Dental Examiners.
