Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and other imaging procedures. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a passion for delivering the highest level of patient care.The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of ultrasound and cardiology, as well as have the qualifications necessary to effectively perform the job duties. Specifically, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of two years of experience in cardiac sonography, certification in cardiac sonography, and a current American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification. Furthermore, the ability to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential.We thank all applicants for their interest in this position, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform diagnostic echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms, and stress echocardiograms.
  2. Maintain a deep understanding of ultrasound and cardiology.
  3. Possess a minimum of two years of experience in cardiac sonography.
  4. Possess certification in cardiac sonography and a current American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification.
  5. Work with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  6. Possess excellent communication skills.
  7. Work collaboratively as part of a team.
  8. Ensure delivery of the highest level of patient care.
