Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Diagnostic Ultrasound Sonographer to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. This position requires a range of qualifications, including a Bachelor’s degree in medical sonography, ARDMS certification, and a valid California state license in Diagnostic Ultrasound. The successful candidate will have the skill and experience to perform diagnostic ultrasound scans, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This position will also involve working with a diverse range of patients and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about their work and committed to providing quality care to our patients. Responsibilities:

-Perform diagnostic ultrasound scans as prescribed by healthcare providers -Maintain ARDMS certification and California state license in Diagnostic Ultrasound -Provide exceptional customer service to patients of all backgrounds -Follow all protocols and safety standards when performing scans -Document patient information accurately and thoroughly -Follow physician orders and provide accurate interpretations of imaging results -Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers on the team -Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times -Stay current on new technology, techniques, and industry developments
