Dietitian

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Dietitian to join Kaiser Permanente’s growing team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for helping others maintain a healthy lifestyle through nutrition and diet. They will be patient-focused, reliable, and have a great understanding of nutrition and dietary needs.This role requires an individual with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, food science, or public health, as well as a registered dietitian (RD) credential. The successful candidate will also have experience in clinical nutrition, including counseling and education, as well as a strong commitment to patient advocacy.The Dietitian will be a part of Kaiser Permanente’s team of healthcare professionals and will be responsible for providing nutrition and dietary advice to patients and their families. They will also be responsible for developing individualized nutrition plans and conducting nutrition assessments. Responsibilities: • Develop individualized nutrition plans and conduct nutrition assessments for patients and their families • Provide nutrition and dietary advice to patients and their families • Educate and counsel patients on nutrition and dietary needs • Advocate for patient health and wellbeing • Monitor patients’ progress and modify nutrition plans as necessary • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient care • Maintain up-to-date records of patient care • Participate in continuing education activities and training programs to stay abreast of the latest nutrition and dietary trends
