- Develop and implement a strategic plan for sports sponsorship and partnership opportunities that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners in the sports industry, including professional teams, leagues, and athletes.
- Negotiate and secure sponsorship deals and partnerships that align with the organization's budget and brand image.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all sponsorship and partnership agreements are executed effectively and meet the needs of both parties.
- Monitor and track the success of sponsored events and partnerships, providing regular updates and reports to leadership.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for the organization.
- Manage and maintain relationships with current sponsors and partners, ensuring their continued satisfaction and engagement with the organization.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, networking and promoting our brand and values.
- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement promotional strategies for sponsored events and partnerships.
- Ensure all sponsorships and partnerships are in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sports sponsorships and partnerships with other organizational initiatives.
- Mentor and lead a team of sponsorship and partnership professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Kaiser Permanente, promoting our mission and values in all interactions with partners and stakeholders.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Relevant Experience In Sports Sponsorship And Strategic Partnerships
Bachelor’s Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Negotiating And Executing Sponsorship Deals
Strong Knowledge Of The Sports Industry And Ability To Identify Relevant Trends And Opportunities
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Partners.
