Emergency Department Technician

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Emergency Department Technician to join our Kaiser Permanente team. As an Emergency Department Technician, you will be responsible for providing compassionate medical care and assistance to patients in a fast-paced emergency room setting. You must possess strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task while providing excellent customer service.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of experience as an Emergency Department Technician in a hospital or other medical setting. You must also be able to demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology, medications, and treatments. Additionally, you must have the ability to function independently and collaboratively in a team environment. A valid state license, certification, or registration is also required. Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate medical care and assistance to patients in a fast-paced emergency room setting.

9. Assist in the set-up of medical equipment and supplies for procedures.
10. Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
