In this role, you will be tasked with providing training and support to staff on Kaiser Permanente's EPIC system, while ensuring that all users are able to utilize the platform for their needs.The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced professional with a knowledge of various aspects of the EPIC system, including its implementation, usage, and maintenance. Responsibilities:
- Provide training and support to Kaiser Permanente staff on the EPIC system.
- Ensure that all EPIC users are able to utilize the system for their needs.
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the EPIC system, including its implementation, usage, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain user documentation for the EPIC system.
- Monitor the EPIC system for any issues or errors and provide troubleshooting assistance as necessary.
- Ensure that EPIC system is properly configured to meet user requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on all changes and updates to the EPIC system.
- Create and deliver presentations to staff on the EPIC system.
- Monitor system performance and provide feedback to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to EPIC users.
