  1. Administer safe and effective anesthesia to patients in a variety of settings.
  2. Utilize clinical expertise and critical thinking skills to assess and monitor patient responses to anesthesia.
  3. Collaborate with the anesthesia team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a positive patient experience.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including pre-operative assessments and post-operative care plans.
  6. Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies necessary for anesthesia administration.
  7. Stay up-to-date on current evidence-based practices and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
  8. Comply with all regulatory and safety standards in the administration of anesthesia.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nurse Anesthesia From An Accredited Program.

  • Current Certification As A Nurse Anesthetist By The National Board Of Certification And Recertification For Nurse Anesthetists (Nbcrna).

  • Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience As A Registered Nurse In An Acute Care Setting.

  • Strong Clinical Skills, Critical Thinking Abilities, And Ability To Work Well In A Fast-Paced Environment.
