Graphic Designer - Marketing Communications
Responsible for interpreting strategies and tactics, conceives and develops ideas to design and create a wide variety of collateral materials that support sales, product promotion, membership acquisition and retention, intra-company communication, health education, community relations, and other processes essential to the organization. Develops concepts for campaigns and materials, sometimes participating with others in brainstorming sessions to do so. These may include but are not limited to invitations, signs and banners, booklets and brochures, advertisements and direct mail, posters, flyers, postcards and mailers, displays, premiums, and publications. Works with Manager, Design Services, and others on team design and produce communications materials. Provides direction to illustrators, photographers, and freelance designers.
Minimum three (3) years of experience as a graphic designer in a fast-paced team environment using current technologies.
Minimum one (1) year of experience with print and production vendors
Ability to work in a Labor Management Partnership environment required.
Hands-on design experience or experience managing the design process is preferred.
Certified Project Management or Six Sigma certification preferred
