Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver health education and promotion materials to members.
2. Develop educational programs, seminars, and workshops on various health topics.
3. Conduct health assessments, screenings, and fitness assessments to identify individual health needs.
4. Provide individual health consultations and health education services.
5. Develop and maintain health information databases.
6. Develop and implement health education and promotion plans.
7. Monitor and evaluate health education and promotion programs.
8. Participate in health fairs and other community health outreach activities.
9. Provide training and education to other health care professionals.
10. Represent Kaiser Permanente at health education and promotion conferences and meetings.
