Health Educator II-PT/Hrly

5. Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the success and impact of health education programs.

7. Serve as a subject matter expert on health education topics and provide guidance and support to team members.
8. Establish and maintain relationships with members to understand their specific health needs and tailor education programs accordingly.
9. Participate in community outreach events and engage with individuals to promote health education and Kaiser Permanente's services.
10. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards while promoting health education programs and services.
11. Communicate effectively with colleagues, superiors, and members to ensure successful program implementation and outcomes.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance health education programs.
