Home Health Visiting Nurse

We are seeking a Home Health Visiting Nurse at Kaiser Permanente to provide compassionate and quality care to our members. As a Home Health Visiting Nurse, you will provide patient-centered care in the comfort of the patient’s home. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.The ideal candidate possesses a Registered Nurse (RN) license, experience in home health care, and excellent communication skills.
