The Consultant will also be responsible for ensuring that the organization’s policies and procedures are consistently applied and adhered to.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role. In addition to this, the successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong customer service focus and the ability to build relationships with all levels of staff. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide specialist HR advice and guidance to staff in order to create a positive working environment.
  2. Develop and maintain the organization’s policies and procedures and ensure that they are consistently applied and adhered to.
  3. Manage and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Monitor and review staff performance and provide feedback and support to ensure that performance goals are met.
  5. Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure that employee concerns are addressed.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with all levels of staff.
  7. Provide coaching and counseling to employees as necessary.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, laws and regulations.
  9. Monitor and review HR metrics and analytics to identify areas of improvement.
  10. Participate in HR-related meetings and initiatives to support the HR team.
