Valid Lpn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Lpn License In The State Where Kaiser Permanente Is Located. This Ensures That They Have Completed The Necessary Education And Training To Provide Care For Cardiac Patients.
Experience In Cardiac Care: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Providing Care For Patients With Cardiac Conditions. This Experience Should Include Monitoring Vital Signs, Administering Medication, And Assisting With Procedures.
Cpr And Acls Certification: As A Cardiac Lpn, It Is Crucial To Have Current Cpr And Acls Certifications. This Shows That The Candidate Is Trained In Emergency Procedures And Can Provide Lifesaving Interventions If Needed.
