  1. Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  2. Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
  4. Assist with patient assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  6. Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.
  7. Adhere to all healthcare and safety protocols and procedures.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  9. Report any changes in patient condition to the registered nurse.
  10. Assist with procedures and treatments as directed by the physician or registered nurse.
  11. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  12. Participate in continuing education and training to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Adhere to professional standards and ethical principles in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  15. Comply with all state and federal regulations and laws related to nursing practice.
  16. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care for patients.
  17. Demonstrate a commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
  18. Continuously evaluate and improve patient care practices to enhance overall patient satisfaction.
  19. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and other relevant healthcare conferences.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned by the registered nurse or healthcare facility.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Lvn License In The State Of California

  • At Least 1 Year Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Medical Office

  • Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Records And Ability To Navigate Computer Systems Efficiently

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Patient Population And Healthcare Team

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification From The American Heart Association
