  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of medical supplies and equipment.
  2. Oversee the procurement process, including identifying potential vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  4. Work closely with healthcare providers to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of supplies to support patient care.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and clinical teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  6. Implement and monitor key performance indicators to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in supply chain management to drive continuous improvement.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new initiatives and projects, ensuring supply chain considerations are integrated and addressed.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to patient safety and product quality.
  11. Develop and manage the supply chain budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing expenses within budgetary constraints.
  12. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on supply chain performance and identify potential risks or opportunities.
  13. Proactively identify and address supply chain issues and risks, developing and implementing mitigation plans as needed.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity within the supply chain team.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for supply chain management, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, And Logistics.

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Leading A Team, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Decisions To Improve Supply Chain Efficiency And Reduce Costs.
