- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and orders for all medical supplies and equipment.
- Monitor and track expiration dates of supplies and ensure timely replacement.
- Work closely with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report any discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to determine supply needs and address any shortages.
- Receive, inspect, and store all incoming supplies and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized supply storage area.
- Prepare and package supplies for distribution to various departments.
- Assist with budget management by tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor supply usage and make recommendations for more efficient and cost-effective practices.
- Communicate with healthcare providers to understand their supply needs and address any issues or concerns.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in medical supplies and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures when handling hazardous materials.
- Participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Materials Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Materials Management.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems And Supply Chain Processes.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
