  1. Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials for various departments within the organization.
  2. Monitor and track inventory levels to identify potential shortages or excess.
  3. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  4. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
  5. Collaborate with department heads and other team members to understand their materials needs and prioritize orders accordingly.
  6. Assist with the development and implementation of inventory management policies and procedures.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area to ensure efficient retrieval of materials.
  8. Monitor and report on inventory usage and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  9. Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all inventory transactions.
  11. Train and supervise other materials staff as needed.
  12. Adhere to all safety and health regulations while handling and storing materials.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  14. Participate in departmental meetings and provide input on inventory management strategies.
  15. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the materials management process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Materials Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Materials Testing Or Quality Control Role.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Various Materials Testing Equipment And Techniques.

  • Excellent Organizational And Analytical Skills.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
