- Greet and welcome patients to Kaiser Permanente, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Assist podiatrists in providing exceptional healthcare services to patients, including but not limited to taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with procedures.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all medical tasks, including documenting patient information and updating electronic medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring they are well-informed about their care and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and restocking as needed.
- Provide support in scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and handling administrative tasks as required.

Completion Of An Accredited Medical Assistant Program: This Qualification Ensures That The Candidate Has Received Appropriate Education And Training In Medical Assisting And Is Equipped With The Necessary Knowledge And Skills For The Job.
Certification As A Medical Assistant: Possessing A Valid Certification From A Recognized Organization, Such As The American Association Of Medical Assistants (Aama) Or The American Medical Technologists (Amt), Demonstrates A High Level Of Competency And Professionalism.
Experience In Podiatry: Kaiser Permanente May Prefer Candidates Who Have Previous Experience Working In A Podiatry Setting. This Shows That The Candidate Has A Specialized Understanding Of Foot And Ankle Care And Is Familiar With Common Podiatric Procedures.
