Medical Assistant-Primary Care

4. Educate patients on topics related to their health and wellbeing.
5. Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
6. Prepare and order laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging as directed by the physician.
7. Process patient insurance information and ensure accurate billing and collections.
8. Monitor patient care and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
9. Provide support to other healthcare team members as needed.
10. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude in all interactions with patients and healthcare staff.
