Medical Social Worker

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Medical Social Worker to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. In this role, you will provide psychosocial assessments, interventions and short-term counseling to patients, families and/or significant others. You will serve as a patient/family advocate, helping to identify and mobilize resources to meet the patient’s needs.To be successful in this role, you must have a master’s degree in social work or a related field, experience in hospital or community health settings, and a valid driver’s license. Additionally, you must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine commitment to helping patients and families.
